Dr Samira Briffa

Samira Briffa is a senior associate at Attard Montalto & Aquilina Advocates. She joined the firm as a trainee in 2018 and has been at the firm ever since.

Samira obtained her Bachelor of Laws (Honours) degree in 2020 from the University of Malta after having submitted her dissertation called “Legal distances in the case of excavations, windows, balconies or other similar projections: An Analysis”. In 2021, Samira also obtained a Master of Advocacy degree and was called to the bar in 2022.  

Samira is a civil litigation lawyer specialising in property and rent law, expropriations, servitudes (easements), tort law, constitutional law and human rights, amongst others.
