Attard Montalto & Aquilina Advocates was founded in 2020, as a partnership between Dr Mark Attard Montalto and Dr Douglas Aquilina.

Dr Attard Montalto and Dr Aquilina have been working together for ten years.

In 2023, the partnership opened its new office at 110, St Lucia Street, Valletta, situated a stone-throw's away from the Law Courts of Malta.
